28 Day Gut Health Challenges

We will start with a 30 minute Case Review call to get acquainted, review you records, set goals and orient my efforts to meet your specific needs. You will then complete several forms for me to review. These include a short intake form, your specific conditions, nutrition and diet habits, personal goals and lifestyle constraints. I will use this information to develop a customized program that targets your specific goals yet is compatible with your unique lifestyle.

We will then schedule a 90 minute private session (in-office or by telehealth) where I will describe your 28 Challenge Program. These include changes and interventions to implement right away, a plan of action to adopt positive changes as you make progress, factors to monitor and items to adjust to keep you on track.

You will receive regular messages from me to guide you through the program, offer tips and techniques, provide motivation, and ensure you are on track to achieve your goals.

You can schedule a 30 minute follow-up session with me during the 28 Day Challenge to make sure you are progressing as expected. In addition, I am available throughout the 28 Day Challenge to answer your text or email questions.
